Natuzzi S.p.A, with headquarters at Santeramo in Colle (BA), via Iazzitiello, 47, the Data Controller, informs you that the processing of your personal data is carried out for recruitment and staff selection intended to establish business relationship or collaboration with our company.

The provision of data is not mandatory but any refusal to do so may make it impossible to carry out such purpose.

The legal basys of the processing is the performance of the services in the interest of the data subject.

The processing will be attained with electronical and manual devices, in compliance with the provisions of Regulations.

Your Personal Data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated and will not be stored for longer than 1 year. Thereafter, it will be erased.

The Data Protection Officer is Protection Trade S.r.l., with Registered Office in via Giorgio Morandi, 22, Itri (LT).

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you can contact the Data Controller by writing to privacy@natuzzi.com, to assert your rights as required by the Regulation (art. 12): specifically for access, correction, updating, blocking, revocation of consent in accordance with applicable regulations, the limitation of processing, data portability and deletion of data. At the same address you could therefore ask to oppose for legitimate reasons, processing (e.g. you can object to one or more of the methods for achieving the purposes indicated in this privacy statement). You have the right to revoke your consent at anytime with no prejudice for the processing.

Finally, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 

 

  If your résumé includes special categories of personal data (e.g. related to health condition, candidates with legally protected status, etc,...), the following phrase must be part of it:  

 

  “I have carefully read the information of this privacy notice referred to article 13 of the Regulation 679/2016, and I consent to the processing of my personal data, including special categories of personal data, for the purpose of recruiting and selecting staff and I confirm to be informed of my rights in accordance to the above mentioned Regulation.”
