Your Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant who excels in B2B acquisitions (and also in B2C sales if necessary), offering an exceptional brand experience to every customer. This role demands a proactive approach, the ability to seek new business opportunities to drive revenues, and the versatility to engage customers in showroom with compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead B2B efforts to identify and acquire new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing relationships.
- Provide B2C sales consulting in our showroom, delivering personalized customer service and design advice.
- Learning and adapting as necessary.
- Creatively develop furnishing proposals and concepts, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Creation of offers/ invoices and coresponding customer care excellence
- Maintain a regular reporting of sales activity.
- Handle daily operational tasks, including inventory management, and coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth store operations.
- Working from Monday to Saturday – preferably full-time 38,5 hrs. Possibility to agree on a shorter workfund.

Qualifications:

- Background in commercial education or higher education, with a preference for those specialized in Architecture/Design-Interior
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in sales
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in German
- Communicative English – it will be your daily use language, additional languages are a benefit.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work precisely, and uphold reliability.
- Team spirit, polished appearance, and a confident demeanor are essential.

We offer an attractive base salary for this position of at least € 39,000 gross/year for full-time employment and a commission share in addition.
