볼로냐, 밀라노, 마이애미에 사무실을 두고 있는 Iosa Ghini Associates의 창립자이자 건축가 겸 디자이너인 Massimo Iosa Ghini는 전 세계 Starhotels E.CH.O. 및 Ferrari Stores가 갖는 지속 가능성 개념에 대한 면밀한 관찰을 통해 볼로냐의 전기 운송 시스템 Marconi Express와 같은 국제 디자인 프로젝트를 개발합니다. 중요한 주거 디자인의 저자인 Iosa Ghini는 Red Dot Network의 이탈리아 디자인 홍보 대사 및 이탈리아 품질 위원회 Leonardo의 정회원으로 임명되었습니다. 2015년에는 Marconi Award for Creativity를 수상했습니다.
