Pumo, the lucky object of Apulian tradition. The Pumo, from the Latin "pumum", or pine cone, is a budding flower, a symbol of new life and emerges from the ancient Apulian tradition: it used to stand at the ends of balconies, columns, terraces and, in pairs, at the sides of the bed of newlyweds to wish happiness, prosperity and fertility.

It is handmade with lathe machines and glazed inside ceramic Apulian kilns. The size and colour of these craft items may change and any variations must be understood to be part of the artisanal process and a mark of its genuine handmade Italian character.
