The pattern brings to mind the Nineteenth century tradition, while the washing gives it a highly contemporary look.The dual nature of Affresco - entirely handwoven: it has been salt washed and neutralised from its original state and then over-dyed to produce its original and unique colour scheme and patterning.The washing treatment gives it a bold contemporary feel.
